Daraga means maiden in the Bicol dialect. It’s a contemporary take on the classic Philippine Maria Clara, i.e., a soft look with a modern edge. The collection’s beauty lies in its details, e.g., butterfly sleeves, delicate pleats, layers, and flared and billowy skirts. Definitely a collection for dreamers and lovers of beauty.
The breezy feel of natural Pinukpok* and Pina Silk provide the perfect light-weight look, suggesting a laid-back and ultra-feminine appeal. These versatile pieces can be styled with heavier accessories to add a touch of character and edginess. The collection was designed with the intent of mixed and matched dresses which also function on their own as “one and done” outfits.
