FAQ

It is imperative to follow the care instructions to retain the beauty of the garments for the years to come. Every garment comes with a wash care instructions/tag, please follow the instruction mentioned on the same.

Below are some general instructions :

Hand wash all coloured garments separately in cold water using mild detergent. Do not scrub or use bleach.

Use low heat iron and iron on the reverse side.

Let your garment dry over dip. Do not wring. Avoid direct sunlight.

Some garments come with a Dry Clean only tag due to the mix of dark and light colours or weaves. Always air these garments first to get rid of any odour and make the garments feel fresh as new. Dry clean occasionally only when extremely necessary.

Variations and irregularities in the fabric are an integral characteristic of the hand printed, handwoven and hand spun fabrics. They add to the uniqueness of the product and are not a defect.

Orders are packed in durable material to prevent wear-and-tear in transit. Our packing and logistics departments operate through the week leaving Weekends and Public Holidays. The delivery will be taken care of by the Philippine standard courier agencies and companies.

Delivery Time

  • We take about 7-14 working days to carefully construct and craft each design. Any custom orders may take longer, a delivery date for the same will be provided via email.
  • Once the order is shipped, it takes about 2-7 working days to be delivered within the Philippines. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take longer

International Delivery

  • International Deliveries are chargeable and the final amount will be calculated and known to you at the time of checkout according to the final weight and the country where the consignment is to be delivered.
  • Once the order is shipped, it takes about 4-7 working days to be delivered to the international address. However the timeline may vary based on the location
  • Iris Ceneta is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.

ORDER TRACEABILITY (TRACKING)

The tracking no. is emailed to you once the package is dispatched.

Exchange and Return

We only accept an exchange in case of a manufacturing defect or size issue.  In such a case you may return the product within 7 days of receiving the product in the original packaging,  kindly do not remove the original tags and also fill the exchange form. You need to mail within 48 hours of receiving the goods to notify us of the issue.  We replace it with another style available to us in our inventory.

  • Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.
  • We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed, we will only provide alterations at no extra cost.
  • The customer has to borne shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In any case, if we send you a faulty product/ wrong order, we are responsible for bearing all the costs of return.
  • Exchange. We request the customer to send the product back and compensate the shipping charges for the same within 7 working days.
  • Kindly ensure to keep the tracking details of the parcel until received by us.  We are not responsible for the item lost during transit.

All HABI  products have been made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.

Sale Items

Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned. Same applies to our CLOAKED Daily Protective Outerwear and Cloth Face Masks.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds (if Applicable)
    • We do not offer refunds on products sold, but we can provide you a credit note, valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and will be exclusive of the shipping charges.
    • We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed, we will provide alterations at no extra cost.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Once the order is placed the customer has to notify us within 24hours to make any changes or cancellations.
    • Orders shipped cannot be cancelled
